The profile shows a picture of a man with short dark hair, and a post with a black and white image of a figure in a cloak standing at a large stone doorway, looking out over a landscape and cloudy sky. REMEMBER WHO YOU ALWAYS WERE

Join thousands of others remembering

Somewhere beneath everything you’ve been told, there’s an awareness that
has always known more. This is where we explore it together

The videos do a great deal, but they come and go. The Sunday Reminder is tighter still. What neither of them gives me is room to slow down and tell you what a teaching has actually meant in my own life. The times it worked. The times I misread it completely and had to come back to it years later. The meaning underneath the principle.

That is what the newsletter is for. It arrives every Wednesday and expands on the week's idea, a few days after you have started living with it, so the post becomes
a kind of midweek check-in. Not a transcript of the video and not a copy of the reminder. The conversation that sits behind both.

I started it because the work I care about does not fit neatly into a single format, and because more people are waking up to this material than at any point in living memory. A great deal of what surrounds it now is shallow. I would rather offer something steady, drawn from the sources I have spent years reading.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, you are very welcome here.
Subscribe now, and the next one will find you on Wednesday.

Thank you for being here.
